Little Elm Concrete Lifting focuses on one thing: raising sunken concrete back to grade. Not new pours, not demolition contracts, not a side offering tacked onto a general concrete crew’s job list. Driveways, patios, garage floors, sidewalks, pool decks. That’s the work.
Denton County’s fill soil behaves differently than older, settled ground. New-build homes across Little Elm subdivisions often show their first settlement cracks within a year or two, as the fill under the slab finishes compacting. We’ve seen the pattern across enough properties to know what a normal settling crack looks like versus something that needs a soil stabilization step, not just a lift.
Our Approach
We don’t sell one method for every slab. A thick driveway carrying vehicle weight might call for cement-based mudjacking slurry. A lighter patio or walkway often does better with two-part polyurethane foam, which adds less load to soil that’s already struggling. We look at the slab, the soil, and the access before recommending anything.
Estimates start with an on-site walk-through. You get a written range before any drilling starts, based on what we actually see under the slab, not a phone-quote guess.
